BPCL to skip Iran oil purchases in October
Due to a turnaround at its plants, Bharat Petroleum Corporation (BPCL) will be skipping the purchase of Iranian oil in October. However, the refiner will be lifting 1 million barrel of Iranian oil in September.
NOCL seeks shareholders´ nod for 47percent stake sale
Hyderabad-based Nagarjuna Oil Refinery Ltd will seek shareholders´ approval to sell its 46.78 per cent stake in Nagarjuna Oil Corporation Ltd (NOCL), which is setting up a 6-million-tonne oil refinery in Tamil Nadu, to Allied Machineries and Resources Holdings Inc of Ras Al Khaimah (AMR Group).
IOC charts Rs 1.8-trillion capex
State-run refiner Indian Oil Corp will invest Rs.1.8 trillion in the next six-seven years to ramp up capacities in refineries and gas pipeline. IOC Chairman B Ashok said inventories have helped in improving gross refining margins (GRM) to $9.9 per barrel in Q1, which may not be sustained during the rest of the year.
Diesel taxi ban in Delhi won´t hit PSU refineries | Pradhan
