CNIITMASH (a company being a part of Atomenergomash, a machine-building division of ROSATOM State Atomic Energy Corporation) and Heavy Engineering Corporation Ltd. (HEC) have launched the second stage of implementation of the agreement to establish the Center for General Engineering and Technical Training in India.
First 200 engineers from will start their training program in the end of 2017 or early in 2018 in the field in the area of machine-building and other fields.
Currently, CNIITMASH specialists are tasked with preparing training materials, while HEC will provide infrastructure in Ranchi where the full-scale Center will function. The implementation of the current stage of the agreement will include visits to the territory of the Center in India and final approval of the dates and schedule of the training courses.
The training will be carried out by CNIITMASH specialists. There will be nine different courses lasting from one to four months at the Center. All courses are designed for continuity, which in the future will allow to build up skills of specialists of various engineering enterprises in India.
The participation of CNIITMASH in the establishment of the Center enables to raise the efficiency of manufacturing facilities in the fields of energy and engineering and to develop qualification of Indian engineers.
