KEC International bags orders of Rs 10.1 billion
KEC International has bagged new orders of Rs 10.1 billion across its transmission and distribution, cables, civil and solar businesses. KEC’s transmission and distribution business has secured a turnkey order of Rs 4,910 million across India, the Middle East and the US.

KEC International, a global infrastructure EPC major has secured new orders of Rs 13.57 billion across its businesses.
Its transmission and distribution business has secured turnkey orders of Rs 12.34 billion across SAARC nations, parts of America, Middle East and Africa.
Another power supplement!
There is no doubt that the power sector is ailing. Although state DISCOMs have managed to leverage UDAY by paring financial losses from Rs 515 billion in FY16 to Rs 348 billion in FY17, a marginal decrease in AT&C losses seems to be the bone of contention, as what has been envisaged has not been achieved yet, except bailing-out nonperformers.
