Punjab State Power Corporation has petitioned APTEL challenging electricity regulator CERC order granting compensatory tariff to two Mundra projects of Tata Power and Adani Power. In its petition, with the the Appellate Tribunal for Electricity, it said that the Central Electricity Regulatory Commission 'erred' on various grounds while deciding on the compensatory tariff.

IBM bags outsourcing contract from Adani

Global information technology giant IBM is understood to have bagged a large IT outsourcing contract from diversified business conglomerate Adani Group.
