Petroleum-Coal-Gas: Sustainable management of the future energy mix.
Energy security continues to be one of the important concerns for most countries. At the same time the fall in crude and coal prices has enhanced interest in production costs and productivity. Energy security can be enhanced with the application of more reliable exploration and production technologies, new resource forecasting methods and promotion of unconventional hydrocarbons like shale gas, shale oil and gas hydrates.
Heightened environmental and climate change concerns, in relation to fossil fuels, demand a sharper focus on mitigation of greenhouse gases and global warming. Recent developments in clean coal technology, biofuels, CBM, natural gas, LNG, CNG, liquid fuels, petrochemicals from coal and petcoke, underground coal gasification, coal-syngas-petrochemicals-fertilizers, coal to liquid-CTL, and GTL need to be pursued vigorously. The conference shall deliberate on these subjects.
In February 2017, senior business leaders and policy makers will gather in New Delhi to attend World PetroCoal Congress, the world´s only conference on petroleum-coal-gas industry with a focus on synergy for energy.
The Energy And Environment Foundation will host the 7th edition of the World PetroCoal Conference & Exhibition. The congress consists of twenty four of the country´s leading energy sector businesses, companies that specialise in the delivery and consumption of petroleum, coal, natural gas and LNG.
The 7th World Petro Coal Congress & Expo-2017 scheduled from February 15 to 17, 2017, will focus on ´Petroleum-Coal-Gas: Sustainable Management of the Future Energy Mix´, where you may share ideas with global energy industry leaders, experts, financiers; network and do business with leading companies. It´s a great opportunity to expand your business and keep up-to-date with developments in energy technologies.
The conference will deliberate upon the challenges and opportunities faced by the petroleum, coal and natural gas sectors in the wake of the volatile energy market, global economic crises, the needs of developing countries and environmental concerns. It shall focus on ensuring clean, reliable and affordable energy supply now and in the future. plenary sessions, technical sessions and panel discussions during the conference promise to bring to the table insights which have relevance to global industries players.
