Bajaj Electricals planning to buy Hind Lamps mfg biz
Bajaj Electricals said it is considering to acquire the manufacturing business of Shikohabad-based Hind Lamps Ltd.
The company has a manufacturing unit at Shikohabad in Firozabad district of Uttar Pradesh and HID (High-intensity discharge) lamps manufacturing unit at Parwanoo in Himachal Pradesh.
Established in 1951, HLL has been declared a sick industrial company by the Board of Industrial and Financial Reconstruction.
