NTPC, SCCL, Railway ink pact on coal supply
NTPC, Singareni Collieries (SCCL) and the Railways have inked a tripartite pact on the supply of 35 lakh more tonne of coal through the railway line at Ramagundam in Karimnagar district, As suggested by the SCCL supplies 90 lakh tonne coal to the NTPC in Ramagundam-2 area, which will be transported by NTPC through its own merry-go-round circular rail route.
