BHEL wins contract to set up 120 MW plant
Bharat Heavy Electricals Limited (BHEL) has won a contract to establish a 120 MW hydroelectric project (HEP) in Uttarakhand. The order, valued at $20.8m, has been placed by Uttarakhand Jal Vidyut Nigam Limited (UJVNL), and includes setting up of hydro generating sets and associated electro-mechanical works for the 120 MW Vyasi HEP.
