Discoms in face-off with NTPC over coal quality
Delhi´s power distribution companies (discoms), including BSES Yamuna, BSES Rajdhani and Tata Power Delhi have filed a petition with the Central Electricity Regulatory Commission in which they have claimed that NTPC is charging them more for coal than its low quality warranted, with the excess paid being ´up to Rs.3,000 crore´.
Discoms ask DERC for plan to clear revenue dues
Delhi power distribution companies (discoms), BSES Rajdhani Power Ltd and BSES Yamuna Power Ltd have asked the Delhi Electricity Regulatory Commission (DERC) for a plan to clear Rs.16,000 crore revenue gap.
