ABB opens new factory in Nashik for power distribution products
ABB India inaugurated a new factory for the production of power distribution products in Nashik. Spread over five acres, the facility was inaugurated by Sanjeev Sharma, Managing Director of ABB in India in the presence of other dignitaries and customers from various sectors.

ABB India posts an order growth of 28 per cent
ABB India reported results for the first quarter ended March 31, 2017, posting consistent growth in its order book. In Q1 FY2017, ABB India posted a significant Y-o-Y increase in orders booked at Rs 2,342 crore and an order backlog of Rs 12,023 crore, as on March 31, 2017.

ABB India to reinforce Bangladesh power grid and help meet growing demand
ABB India has won an order worth around Rs 178 crore, from Power Grid Company of Bangladesh Ltd (PGCB), the country’s leading transmission utility, to support the country’s power infrastructure expansion and meet its growing electricity needs. As part of the project, ABB India will build two new substations and upgrade two existing sub-stations, all located in the south-eastern parts of Bangladesh.
