Solar sector bottlenecks may hamper job growth
In India, the solar industry has created 416,000 jobs in 2015 and 1,017,800 jobs are expected to be created by 2022. New projects, more investment, policies like Surya Mitra Skill Development and encouragement from the government will create more job opportunities.
Renewable energy has attracted large job opportunities
The renewable energy sector in India started during 1989 and has since increased its capacity to over 33,000 MW. It´s rapid growth has attracted a large pool of manpower into this sector and the industry has been quiet successful in generating the required talent.
