THDCIL and MoC, inked Allotment Agreement

UC Kannaujia, GM(SP) and Mukul Sharma, Sr. Manager (Thermal Design), THDC NCR Office Kaushambi were also present on the occasion with senior officials of THDCIL and Ministry of Coal.
