THDCIL and MoC, inked Allotment Agreement
DV Singh, CMD, THDCIL and Vivek Bhardwaj, Joint Secretary, Ministry of Coal, Govt. of India signed the Allotment Agreement for Amelia Coal Mine this month. UC Kannaujia, GM(SP) and Mukul Sharma, Sr. Manager (Thermal Design), THDC NCR Office Kaushambi were also present on the occasion with senior officials of THDCIL and Ministry of Coal.

Centre to help PMC in energy efficient projects
The Central government will assist the Pune Municipal Corporation (PMC) improve its energy efficiency. The Union ministry of urban development has signed an MoU with EESL for energy efficient projects in cities selected under the Smart Cities Mission.
